About the role
Zinnov is a management consulting firm whose Globalisation Excellence practice helps enterprises build and scale global capability centers. You will lead talent acquisition strategy and hiring delivery, including technology leadership recruitment and AI-enabled recruiting transformation.
What you'll do
- Design and execute hiring strategies aligned with business priorities
- Lead recruitment from sourcing through joining
- Own high-volume, niche, and technology leadership hiring programs
- Partner with senior stakeholders on workforce plans and hiring strategy
- Use funnel data to identify risks and recommend corrective actions
- Lead adoption of recruiting tools, processes, and operating models
