About the role
PhonePe builds digital payments, financial services and other technology platforms, including merchant payment products. The Associate Manager will review merchant products for compliance, manage regulatory controls and reporting, support audits, and improve compliance processes.
What you'll do
- Review new merchant products and features for compliance sign-off
- Partner with product teams to identify and resolve compliance risks
- Map and implement preventative and detective compliance controls
- Track regulatory changes and validate regulatory filings
- Support regulatory inspections and maintain audit preparedness
- Manage GRC implementation and prepare compliance dashboards
