About the role
Eaze is an emotional wellness platform connecting users with Wellness Buddies for supportive one-to-one audio and video conversations. This associate will source, screen, onboard, train, and engage Wellness Buddies while supporting platform operations and service quality.
What you'll do
- Manage Wellness Buddy leads and conduct initial screening interviews
- Support Wellness Buddy training and onboarding
- Track active Buddy supply and identify coverage gaps
- Monitor Buddy performance and help resolve operational issues
- Support community growth and improve user engagement
