About the role
Lokal operates focused apps for local content, jobs, learning, matchmaking and other services for Tier-2 and Tier-3 India. The intern will support recruitment across business and technology teams, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and onboarding.
What you'll do
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephone interviews
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases, hiring trackers and recruitment reports
- Support job postings, employer branding, campus hiring and recruitment events
- Assist with offers, documentation and onboarding coordination
