Lokal operates focused apps connecting people in smaller Indian towns with local-language content, services and opportunities. This person will develop and test ad creative, manage campaigns and use performance results to improve acquisition.

• Research audiences, markets and competitors for each app
• Write ad concepts, hooks, scripts and copy
• Brief creative teams and review their campaign assets
• Produce multiple creative variants for campaigns
• Run A/B tests and use results to optimize campaigns
