Associate Technology Operations Analyst

Clarivate's Global Operations team supports infrastructure, applications, and monitoring platforms. You will provide first-line support, monitor alerts, manage incidents, and help maintain reliable technology services.

• Provide Level 1 and 1.5 support for infrastructure, applications, and user issues
• Monitor platform alerts and perform routine health checks
• Triage, resolve, track, and escalate incidents and service requests
• Manage monitoring alerts and update operational dashboards
• Create and maintain knowledge articles, SOPs, and runbooks
• Support scheduled changes, releases, and maintenance activities
