About the role
AECOM is a global infrastructure consulting firm working across water, energy, transportation, buildings and other sectors. The Billing Specialist will oversee end-to-end billing, review complex transactions, support team members and improve billing processes.
What you'll do
- Perform end-to-end billing and manage complex billing transactions
- Review invoice quality and ensure timely client submission
- Supervise billing workflows and guide team members
- Resolve escalated billing issues with onshore teams
- Generate revenue reports and support accounts receivable close activities
- Identify billing discrepancies and implement process improvements
