About the role
Tekion provides a cloud-native automotive platform connecting retailers, manufacturers, partners, and consumers. You will define the customer data platform strategy and roadmap, guide delivery, and measure product outcomes.
What you'll do
- Define and execute the CDP product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Gather dealer and OEM insights to inform product decisions
- Translate customer and market insights into requirements and acceptance criteria
- Ensure the CDP meets privacy, security, and regulatory requirements
- Define KPIs and iterate on adoption and product outcomes
- Mentor associate and junior product managers
