About the role
SpotDraft provides contract management software that helps legal teams complete contracting more efficiently. The Chief of Staff will run engineering operations, coordinate cross-functional programs, track metrics, and support CTO priorities.
What you'll do
- Run engineering planning, reviews, OKRs, and release readiness
- Coordinate programs across engineering, product, security, data, and GTM
- Define engineering metrics and track actions
- Program manage CTO initiatives in AI, reliability, modernization, and cost
- Build hiring, onboarding, and organizational operating practices
- Draft executive updates and incident communications
