Compensation Manager - India, APAC and Japan

Trellix provides cybersecurity products that help organizations protect and strengthen their operations. The Compensation Manager will lead regional compensation analysis and programs across India, APAC, and Japan.

• Lead regional market pricing, benchmarking, and salary recommendations
• Analyze pay equity and share risks and insights with leadership
• Own regional merit, bonus, and equity cycle execution
• Advise on compensation for hires, promotions, and organizational changes
• Maintain compensation data and reporting in Workday
• Ensure compensation governance and local requirements are followed
