• Drive infrastructure as code adoption and platform standards
• Define and improve service level indicators, objectives, and error budgets
• Optimise Kubernetes deployments, scheduling, and resource use
• Build self-service infrastructure and observability platforms
• Lead incident response and drive blameless postmortems
• Design CI/CD pipelines, backups, and disaster recovery systems
