• Resolve employee and manager HR cases from start to finish
• Advise employees and managers on policies and lifecycle processes
• Improve case management accuracy, efficiency and timely resolution
• Create and maintain locally relevant self-service knowledge content
• Analyze case trends and employee sentiment to identify service improvements
• Partner with COEs and technology teams on process and automation initiatives
