Conversation AI Engineer

Adobe builds creative, productivity, and personalized customer experience platforms and tools. This role develops and evaluates agentic conversational AI systems that assist advisors across chat, phone, and ecommerce.

• Architect dialogue orchestration and multi-step reasoning flows
• Design prompts, context injection, tool calling, and output validation
• Build real-time tools that surface knowledge and suggest advisor responses
• Translate advisor workflows into conversation system designs
• Define quality metrics and evaluate real interaction datasets
• Integrate conversational AI features across chat, phone, and ecommerce
