About the role
Adobe provides creative, productivity and digital experience platforms for people and businesses. This person will lead AEM architecture and competency development, grow teams, and advance AI-enabled digital experience solutions.
What you'll do
- Define technical vision and standards for AEM and Edge Delivery Services
- Oversee architecture, scalability, performance and security across projects
- Drive adoption of generative and agentic AI in AEM solutions
- Support proposals with estimations, architecture blueprints and technical showcases
- Build and mentor teams through hiring, training and performance management
- Establish coding standards, review mechanisms and delivery governance
