About the role
Johnson Controls provides building technologies, software and services, including connected solutions for building automation. This engineer supports chiller plant automation systems, resolves complex service issues and trains field teams.
What you'll do
- Maintain uptime and automated operation of chiller plant systems
- Provide technical input for Level 3 and Level 4 breakdowns
- Analyze incidents and recommend measures to prevent recurrence
- Train field teams on commissioning and troubleshooting
- Review product and cybersecurity alerts and coordinate corrective action
- Support system upgrades, technical audits and predictive analysis
