About the role
Intel's CPU design team develops high-performance computing products. This engineer will analyze and improve CPU power delivery and integrity through implementation and signoff.
What you'll do
- Analyze CPU power integrity, IR drop, and electromigration
- Develop power grid strategies and optimize power planning
- Debug power delivery issues with cross-functional design teams
- Review floorplan, bump, strap, decap, and grid decisions
- Track power integrity risks and support signoff readiness
