About the role
Rigi's content team creates performance ads for digital platforms. You will lead editors and own ad concepts, AI production, quality checks and performance-led creative iteration.
What you'll do
- Develop concepts, hooks and scripts for Meta performance ads
- Create AI-generated ads from visuals through final edits
- Lead editors and set creative direction and quality standards
- Review final creative quality before launch
- Analyse campaign metrics to identify winning creative
- Use performance insights to plan new concepts and tests
