About the role
Trane Technologies creates climate solutions for buildings, homes, and transportation. The Data & AI Delivery Leader will shape architecture and lead hands-on delivery of enterprise data platforms, AI solutions, and intelligent automation.
What you'll do
- Own architecture for enterprise data and AI solutions
- Define reusable patterns for data platforms, analytics, and AI
- Lead delivery across product, engineering, governance, security, and business teams
- Guide implementation of generative AI, retrieval, and automation solutions
- Establish AI evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement practices
- Mentor teams and share practical delivery knowledge
