About the role
Haleon makes consumer health products across categories including oral care, pain relief, and vitamins. The lead will govern identity and access controls across data and AI platforms, supporting security, compliance, audits, and operational teams.
What you'll do
- Define access rights and RBAC and ABAC controls for users, services, and AI agents
- Integrate identity tools with data platforms and automate access lifecycle workflows
- Assess platform access controls and coordinate compliance audits and evidence
- Monitor access risks, investigate violations, and conduct root cause analysis
- Lead access governance programs and train teams on data and AI access practices
