About the role
Delta Capita's Report Hub provides regulatory reporting technology to global financial institutions. You will lead database platform design and operations, improve performance and resilience, and guide engineers supporting a critical Azure-based data platform.
What you'll do
- Lead database platform design, optimisation and operations
- Drive performance tuning, resilience, automation and cloud adoption
- Support high-volume production environments
- Resolve incidents and lead continuous improvement
- Mentor engineers and serve as the database escalation point
- Partner with product, engineering, architecture and support teams
