About the role
Delta Capita provides managed services, consulting and technology solutions for financial institutions. This engineer will support the ReportHub regulatory reporting platform, resolve incidents and improve application reliability.
What you'll do
- Provide 24x7 production support for customer applications
- Troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis
- Monitor application performance and analyze logs
- Collaborate with development teams on fixes and deployments
- Maintain SOPs, documentation and RCA reports
