About the role
Delta Capita's Report Hub is a regulatory reporting platform used by global financial institutions. You will lead an engineering squad, shape technical direction and deliver platform enhancements while maintaining production services.
What you'll do
- Lead the technical direction of a Change or Run squad
- Drive solution design, architecture and engineering practices
- Deliver regulatory, client and platform enhancements
- Resolve complex production issues as the technical escalation point
- Champion cloud-native development, DevOps, automation and CI/CD
- Mentor engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams
