About the role
Delta Capita's Report Hub processes critical data to help financial institutions meet regulatory reporting obligations. The Quality Assurance Lead will set testing strategy, lead automation and quality governance, and develop QA engineers across delivery squads.

- Define and execute the quality engineering strategy
- Lead test automation initiatives and improve testing frameworks
- Oversee functional, integration, API, data and non-functional testing
- Embed quality practices in Agile and CI/CD delivery
- Mentor and develop QA engineers
- Manage quality risks with senior stakeholders
