About the role
Delta Capita provides managed services, consulting and technology solutions for financial institutions. This engineer will support production applications, resolve incidents and improve operational stability across application and infrastructure layers.
What you'll do
- Provide L2 production support for business-critical applications
- Investigate incidents and perform transaction tracing and root cause analysis
- Troubleshoot application, database, API and messaging issues
- Support releases, deployments and post-release validation
- Monitor application health and develop operational dashboards and alerts
- Participate in disaster recovery exercises and vulnerability remediation
