About the role
Smartsheet provides a work management platform for teams and is expanding its developer ecosystem. The Developer Community Manager will grow and moderate the community, create engagement programs and content, and relay developer feedback to internal teams.
What you'll do
- Respond to developer questions and moderate community channels
- Host office hours and AMAs with internal guests
- Plan and publish community content, challenges, and hackathons
- Recognize contributors through advocacy programs and badges
- Triage bug reports and roadmap requests with community members
- Track community health metrics and share feedback with internal teams
