DFT Manager

Broadcom develops semiconductor products and ASICs. The DFT Manager will lead and technically guide a DFT team, define chip-level test plans, and support post-silicon testing and yield improvement.

• Manage and technically guide the DFT team
• Define chip-level scan, MBIST, and IO/IP testing plans
• Collaborate on DFT architectures with design, verification, and manufacturing teams
• Use ATE testing to improve coverage and manufacturing yield
• Root-cause post-silicon test failures
