About the role
Olyv provides digital lending and financial wellness products to individuals and small businesses in India. The Dialer Manager will configure collection campaigns, optimize calling performance, analyze reports, and ensure dialer compliance.
What you'll do
- Configure dialer systems and optimize pacing, logic, and call routing
- Set up and monitor daily outbound collection campaigns
- Track campaign metrics and improve contact and recovery performance
- Generate daily MIS reports and analyze performance trends
- Ensure dialer campaigns follow DND and time-band rules
- Troubleshoot dialer issues with IT teams and vendors
