About the role
Konecranes provides material handling solutions, including crane services, to customers across industries. You will carry out on-site service and maintenance work, document faults and recommendations, and estimate repair labour and parts costs.
What you'll do
- Complete assigned crane service and maintenance work at customer sites
- Record faults and exceptions using the Risk & Recommendation method
- Estimate labour hours and parts costs for repairs
- Conduct safety and visit reviews and record next steps
- Advise customers on recommendations to inform purchasing decisions
