About the role
Konecranes provides material handling solutions, including lifting equipment and services, to customers across multiple industries. This technician will maintain and inspect cranes at customer sites, respond to breakdowns, and document service work.
What you'll do
- Maintain cranes and lifting equipment
- Inspect equipment and identify potential issues
- Respond to urgent breakdown and malfunction calls
- Record services performed, parts used, and customer interactions
- Follow safety standards and standard operating procedures
- Complete assigned work packages using the SLIM platform
