Director - AIM USCC Innovation and AI Lead

• Lead AI solution development from concept through production for US Consumer Cards
• Partner with business and technology teams to prototype and deploy AI capabilities
• Build automation tools that improve analytics workflows and modeling
• Operationalize model governance for analytics and pricing
• Establish frameworks to measure productivity, innovation, and delivery
• Recruit and lead a specialized AI solutions team
