About the role
Citi Commercial Bank provides banking and financial solutions to international mid-market clients across growth industries. The associate supports client relationships, banking needs, onboarding, credit work and acquisition alongside Senior Relationship Managers.
What you'll do
- Support Senior Relationship Managers with assigned client portfolios
- Build client relationships and address requests and escalations
- Coordinate product implementation, client onboarding and KYC compliance
- Analyze client relationships, risks and opportunities and assist with credit applications
- Prepare pitch books and meeting materials for client acquisition
- Manage CRM records and support day-to-day banking services
