About the role
Zeta provides cloud-native banking and payments technology platforms to financial institutions. The director will lead enterprise applications, software integration, AI automation, IT infrastructure, and technology operations.
What you'll do
- Own the roadmap for enterprise applications and technology modernization
- Lead teams developing and supporting business-critical software solutions
- Define integration architecture across applications, APIs, middleware, and data pipelines
- Identify and oversee AI-enabled automation and bridge solutions
- Oversee IT infrastructure, service management, reliability, and security
- Manage technology vendors, evaluations, procurement, and budgets
