Associate / Sr. Associate- People Experience

Zeta provides cloud-native banking and payments technology platforms for financial institutions. You will manage employee onboarding, offboarding, HR operations, data governance and engagement activities.

• Manage onboarding from pre-boarding through new-joiner assimilation
• Coordinate offboarding clearances, exit documents and final settlement inputs
• Maintain accurate employee data and support lifecycle transactions
• Validate compliance records and generate MIS and dashboard reports
• Drive site-level engagement activities and track feedback
• Partner with HR, IT, Finance and Workplace on employee lifecycle processes
