About the role

What you'll do
- Create and deliver communications for compensation, benefits, and wellness programs
- Develop employee FAQs, manager guides, and rewards communication materials
- Plan change management for major rewards program transformations
- Research market compensation, benefits, and wellness practices
- Analyze compensation data and present equity findings and recommendations
- Maintain a repository of pay trends, competitor practices, and regulatory updates
