About the role
Cepheid develops molecular diagnostic systems and tests as part of Danaher’s life sciences and diagnostics business. The director will deploy innovation improvement methods across R&D, lead improvement initiatives, and coach leaders and teams.
What you'll do
- Deploy innovation and growth tools across product development and lifecycle management
- Improve measures including delivery, predictability, throughput, quality, and productivity
- Create and manage a roadmap of business improvement initiatives
- Develop kaizen funnels and facilitate improvement events
- Coach leaders and teams on tools and operating mechanisms
