About the role
Zscaler provides a cloud security platform that connects and protects users, devices, and applications. The director will lead SRE teams responsible for platform reliability, incident mitigation, capacity planning, and production engineering across India.
What you'll do
- Lead SRE teams to maintain availability, latency, and performance of infrastructure
- Enforce SLAs, SLOs, and error budgets across services
- Drive initiatives to reduce incident detection and resolution times
- Oversee capacity planning, forecasting, and infrastructure efficiency
- Implement alerting frameworks and actionable runbooks
- Coach technical leaders and scale production engineering teams
