About the role
Hewlett Packard Enterprise develops edge-to-cloud technologies, including routing and switching platforms. This engineer will lead hardware development from concept through production, including design, validation, bring-up, and sustaining support.
What you'll do
- Own technical deliverables and product documentation for networking platforms
- Review schematics, bills of materials, layouts, lab results, and compliance results
- Develop design specifications and release PCB Gerber files and bills of materials
- Bring up and test hardware, perform DVT, and analyze faults
- Design and verify CPLD and FPGA logic
- Coordinate hardware development with cross-functional teams and external suppliers
