About the role

Newspace Research & Technologies develops AI-powered systems and engineering tools. The AI Agent Engineer will build, integrate, and evaluate LLM-based agents and workflows for engineering and enterprise use cases.

What you'll do

Design and develop LLM-based agents using agentic frameworks
Build RAG, tool-calling, memory, and human-in-the-loop capabilities
Tune prompts and agent context for reliability, accuracy, and cost
Integrate agents with APIs, enterprise tools, databases, and services
Evaluate and improve agent performance using appropriate metrics
Maintain AI-assisted software projects using Claude Code
