About the role
Levi Strauss & Co. is an apparel company using SAP-based automation across finance, order-to-cash, procurement, and retail processes. The engineer will support, test, monitor, and improve SAP automation solutions and resolve routine production issues.
What you'll do
- Provide production support for SAP automation and AI solutions
- Document business processes, rules, exceptions, and requirements
- Monitor automation runs, interfaces, queues, and SAP posting status
- Investigate routine automation failures and validate fixes
- Execute unit, integration, regression, and acceptance testing
- Maintain runbooks and identify automation improvements
