About the role
Meesho operates an e-commerce platform serving customers and sellers through technology-driven systems. The Engineering Manager will lead teams building and scaling AI platforms, inference infrastructure, and production machine-learning systems.
What you'll do
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of AI engineers
- Architect and scale multi-region AI platforms and inference infrastructure
- Optimize model inference, GPU performance, and serving engines
- Build agent-driven workflows for engineering and data-science tasks
- Own hiring, performance management, sprint planning, and OKRs
- Partner with Product, Data Science, and Platform teams on production AI use cases
