About the role
Lifesight provides a privacy-first marketing measurement platform for planning and evaluating marketing spend. The Engineering Manager will lead engineering teams building scalable product capabilities, data workflows, integrations, and reliable SaaS infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Lead engineering squads building product capabilities for marketing measurement
- Own architecture decisions across backend services, APIs, data workflows, and dashboards
- Guide engineering roadmaps with product, data science, and customer-facing teams
- Improve reliability, observability, security, and scalability of production systems
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools and internal agents
