About the role
Lifesight provides a marketing measurement and decisioning platform, including a production agent for querying causal models and optimizing budgets. This engineer will build and evaluate agent workflows, MCP tools, reliability features, and user-facing interfaces.
What you'll do
- Design agent workflows, tool definitions, session management, and error recovery
- Improve agent behavior through prompt design and structured tool responses
- Build evaluation pipelines for accuracy, tool calls, and regression testing
- Extend MCP tools and interactive UI resources
- Translate structured marketing data into agent context and user-facing narratives
- Debug production agent failures and implement systematic fixes
