Platform Support Engineer

Factori provides location and consumer intelligence using privacy-compliant signals and AI-driven insights. You will support cloud-native platforms by resolving production incidents, automating operational workflows, and improving reliability.

• Monitor production platforms and services for availability and performance
• Investigate production issues using logs, metrics, traces, metadata, and SQL
• Collaborate with engineering teams on permanent fixes and reliability improvements
• Support deployments, operational changes, and incident response
• Develop automation and operational tooling using Python or Bash
• Build dashboards, alerts, and runbooks
