About the role
SolarSquare designs, installs, maintains and finances rooftop solar systems for homes across India. The Engineering Manager will lead full-stack developers and guide architecture, technical strategy and delivery for its MERN platforms.
What you'll do
- Lead, mentor and manage full-stack developers
- Define technical vision, architecture and roadmap for MERN platforms
- Establish engineering practices for coding, testing, CI/CD and deployments
- Manage observability, reliability, performance and cloud costs
- Recruit, onboard and support engineering team members
- Track delivery metrics and ensure timely project execution
