Instructional Designer

SolarSquare provides solar energy products and services, with frontline sales and customer-facing teams. The Instructional Designer will create and improve competency-based learning programs and content, then assess their impact on business performance.

• Design learning journeys and structured training programs for frontline roles
• Develop training modules, facilitator guides, assessments, and simulations
• Audit and update learning content based on field challenges
• Collaborate with business leaders and trainers to identify capability gaps
• Track training effectiveness using assessments, audits, and performance indicators
