About the role

What you'll do
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct structured, competency-based, and behavioral interviews
- Share shortlisted candidates with hiring managers
- Prepare onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees
- Develop manager training and prepare the annual recruiting budget
