About the role
Inito develops software products and platforms, including software connected to firmware and devices. The QA Engineering Manager will lead the QA organization, direct testing strategy and delivery, and develop the team across multiple products and projects.
What you'll do
- Lead QA planning, capacity allocation, hiring, and team development
- Define test strategy and coverage across software products and device integrations
- Track testing progress, defects, blockers, and release risks
- Set QA performance expectations and review team performance
- Drive root-cause analysis and improvements to QA processes
- Adopt automation and AI-assisted testing tools where effective
