About the role
Inito develops software products, with the role spanning mobile, backend, QA, and release work. The Technical Program Manager will coordinate planning, sprint execution, release readiness, delivery metrics, and risk resolution across teams.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end program and release management for software products
- Build integrated execution plans across product and engineering teams
- Translate quarterly priorities into monthly plans and sprint commitments
- Run sprint ceremonies and maintain execution tracking in Jira
- Lead release readiness reviews, risk escalation, and post-release tracking
- Report delivery metrics and improve execution processes
