• Run the two-week creative sprint system from briefing through asset deployment
• Manage workflows across creative pods and production resources
• Build briefing templates, asset management, approval, and versioning systems
• Coordinate sprint briefs and asset delivery timelines with growth and media teams
• Track production volume, turnaround times, and quality benchmarks
• Manage freelance resources and coordinate with the London creative team
