Inito develops a product involving quantification, cycle tracking, and an app. The Principal Machine Learning Engineer will architect scalable, explainable ML systems and establish controlled, traceable development practices.

• Define reference architectures for ML training, inference, and monitoring
• Lead the lifecycle of models for quantification, cycle tracking, and the app
• Set standards for features, datasets, and model evaluations
• Review ML system and model designs across teams
• Maintain traceability from requirements through model release
• Establish versioning, release gates, rollback strategies, and post-market monitoring
